- At least 23 years of age
- Approved D.O.T. physical within the last 12 months
- No major moving violations last 5 years
- No serious violations in the past 3 years
- No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
- No suspensions or OWI charges in the past 5 years
- Full documentation of all accidents
- Minimum 1 year verifiable Experience
- A reference check through DAC services for past employment
- No more than 3 jobs in the last 3 years preferred
- A current Commercial Drivers License (CDL), 26,000 pounds or more, with a Hazardous Materials endorsement.
- Must meet or exceed Schuster Co. Job Description qualifications
- A road test with qualified Schuster Co. employee
- Verification of drug and alcohol tests since 1/1/1995 by past employers
