• 35 cents per mile + $0.03 Safety Bonus*
• Based on years of verifiable experience.

Senority At Schuster

• 3 Years 38 cents + $0.03 Safety Bonus*
• 2 Years 37 cents + $0.03 Safety Bonus*
• 1 Year 36 cents + $0.03 Safety Bonus*

Over $300,000.00 paid in Safety Bonuses in 2009.

Over $400,000.00 paid in Safety Bonuses in 2010.

All full time Company Drivers will receive this bonus on their anniversary month as follows:

• 5 - 9 Years = $750
• 10 - 15 Years = $1,000
• 15 + Years = $1,500

Over $95,000.00 paid in Longevity Bonuses in 2009.

Over $100,000.00 paid in Longevity Bonuses in 2010.

• Schuster Company advances money to Company Drivers to be used for road expenses.
• Road expenses include but not limited to: scales, tolls, repairs, and lumpers.

• 75% of the Gross Revenue Pulling Reefer Trailers
• 80% of the Gross Revenue Pulling Dry Van Trailers
• 100% of Fuel Surcharges
• 100% of Drop Charges
• 100% of Billable Lumpers
• Paid Weekly / Direct Deposit
• Mileage Program Option - Paid on All Dispatched Practical Miles                   Loaded and Empty
