COMPANY DRIVER PAY SCALE
3 Schuster Years 37 cents per mile + .03 Safety Bonus*
2 + Years at Schuster 36 cents per mile + .03 Safety Bonus*
2 + Years 34 cents per mile + .03 Safety Bonus*
1 Schuster Year 35 cents per mile + .03 Safety Bonus*
Mileage pay is based on years of verifiable experience.

LONGEVITY BONUS
All full time Company Drivers will receive this bonus on their anniversary month as follows:
5 - 9 Years = $750
10 - 15 Years = $1,000
15 + Years = $1,500

ROAD EXPENSE PAY
Schuster Company advances money to Company Drivers to be used for road expenses.
Road expenses include but not limited to: scales, tolls, repairs, and lumpers.
