NEW PAID TIME OFF PROGRAM EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2010

  • Full Time Employees will be awarded their normal Vacation days January 1, 2010 and will begin to accrue Paid Time Off from that point on.
  • All existing vacation days must be used or paid out by December 31, 2009.
  • After January 1, 2010, you will be allowed to carry over 7 days (56 hours) to the following year.
  • Vacation must be taken in full day (8 hour) or half day (4 hour) increments.
  • Both Sick and Vacation days will be considered Paid Time Off.

CANADA LOADS

Driver must also have the below items prior to a border crossing into or out of Canada:

  • PARS label - provided by United States Shipper for loads going into Canada
  • PAPS label - provided by Canada Shipper for loads going into the United States
  • ACE Manifest - provided by Deb at Schuster - extension 1203
  • Passport
  • Clean Background, including but not limited to: no criminal record, no back child support, no OWI's
  • Current Log Book including information provided below

Driver must enter the information below on each daily log:

  • Name Printed below signature space on logs, but not sign the log until the end of the day
  • Starting and Ending Odometer Readings
  • Tractor and Trailer Unit Numbers
  • Tractor and Trailer License Plate Numbers
  • Operating 7 Day Cycle
  • PTI at Actual Time of Inspection
