John O’Donnell was voted Schuster Company Driver of the Year for 2005. O’Donnell has been driving professionally for more than 10 years at Schuster and 38 years overall. John contributes much of his success as a truck driver to the support of his wife Donna and children Jeremy, Jeff, Josh, Anna, and Jacob. The color and graphics for his truck were inspired by his family. The 7 stars are for his 5 children, his wife and himself. The 3 stripes comes from the American flag, being an American trucker, the spirit of America and having 3 children in Iraq over the last 3 years. John’s philosophy regarding safety is “Do it slow and look twice.” His advice to the motoring public is “slow down and back off”. |
Driver Representatives - Each Schuster Trucking Division
elects Driver Representatives to serve one year terms. The Driver
Reps. attend monthly meetings with management to review employee
